This includes Project and Program Control, Scheduling, Risk, Issue, and Change Management, along with Project Reporting, Document Control, and the creation of best practice tools, templates, and Quality Assurance measures.

Scope:
As a part of the Department of Defence (DoD) reform initiative, this project aimed to implement critical changes from the First Principles Review (FPR) within the Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG).
This includes designing and implementing a comprehensive reform plan, management dashboards, project performance reviews, change management strategies, and governance frameworks. Emphasis was placed on stakeholder engagement, training, and influence-based leadership to drive decision-making improvements across various domains (Air, Land, Joint, and Maritime) and CASG centre PMO.

CMC- Comprehensive Maintenance Contract for defence estate maintenance SE Qld (AUD 25M) looking after asset and facility maintenance for Defence Estate South East Queensland.
This includes a focus on implementing the MEX Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and creating a targeted maintenance strategy for Fixed Plant and Equipment (FP&E). Key activities included conducting Failure Mode and Event Analysis (FMEA) and developing optimised maintenance practices to enhance reliability, reduce costs, and minimise downtime.
