How to Use the Eisenhower Matrix Effectively

1. List Your Tasks – Write down everything you need to do.

2. Categorise Each Task – Place each task into one of the four quadrants.

3. Take Action Accordingly

  • Do the tasks in Quadrant 1 immediately.
  • Schedule tasks in Quadrant 2 for later.
  • Delegate Quadrant 3 tasks to others.
  • Eliminate Quadrant 4 tasks from your routine.
